1 Hour Transformational Coaching Call

These sessions are dynamic, customized experiences based on where you currently are in your life and what you desire to achieve in working with me. Expect to feel more clear and equipped with tools to cope and thrive in the unique process of transformation that you are in.

These sessions can also be a nice taste of my work and the potential for massive transformation that occurs in my 2 hour sessions and within my 12 week and beyond container and exclusive access to my membership portal and all the extra bonus goodies in there.

Clients usually report feeling better, freer, more confident, deeper self love, forgiveness, lighter, optimistic, to name just a few after a session with me.

Hypnosis is available for these session upon request but note that one hour may not allow for the deeper work that occurs in hypnosis.
