what happens when I’m hypnotized?

Hypnosis is a natural, trance-like state (theta brainwave activity) during which individuals may experience increased attention, concentration and suggestibility. During a session with Demelza you will experience deep relaxation while remaining fully aware as to what is being discussed and the scenes you see during a session. Most people report enjoying being in the hypnotic state and look forward to the next session with her.

What is a “Discovery Call”?

Demelza offers a complimentary 20-30 min call during which you and Demelza are determining if this work and the two of you are a good fit. You will share for what area of concern you wish to see her and how ready you are to resolve this part of your life. You will also share your desires for your life beyond this issue. She will answer questions and discuss how her process works and her fees.

What is a Private 1:1 Retreat?

This fully immersive experience is customized to your particular desires and focus where Demelza share space and her time with your for 6 days 5 nights. Together you weave a powerfully transformational experience utilizing her vast body of expertise and intuition to uncover your purpose, passion and soul imprint while releasing any blocks standing in the way of you moving forward in life. This experience will propel you and sustain you in profoundly positive ways by freeing you from limiting beliefs, programs and habits that keep you stuck.

What does a “Session” look like with Demelza?

Sessions generally last 2 hours. You begin by getting a clear picture of where you currently are, where you wish to be and how you might get there. You paint a clear picture for her of your desires beyond the concern at hand. She then teaches you how to get into hypnosis very easily and guides you into deep relaxation and trance state. Here she guides your subconscious mind to the root cause and reason for the concern or issue. You cannot relive only revisit. Demelza works with a robust suite of skills and tools to navigate what arises within these sessions to bring you to an understanding of the root causes for your concern and supporting you to work with and through them. She also creates and records a bespoke recording for you (15-20 min) while in the session which you then commit to listen to for 21 days.

What is NLP?

I’m going to let Tony Robins take this one: “Neuro-linguistic programming studies the ways our thoughts affect our behavior. It looks at the ways our brains interpret the signals they receive and how these interpretations affect what we do. It does this through language – the linguistic part of neuro-linguistic programming techniques. By examining how our brains process information, NLP techniques help us to look at our thoughts, feelings and emotions as things that we can control rather than things that passively happen to us.”

Why listen to the recording for 21 days?

Studies show that when creating or breaking habits it takes the brain/neural pathways around 21 days to lock in the new habit. And, since your concern is wired within your neural pathways, this 21 days of listening to your bespoke recording is a sweet spot to re-wire your mind, habits, beliefs and more.
