A 20 min guided meditation to:

  • Connect you to divine love and compassion

  • Ground and get centered

  • Feel calm, renewed and refreshed

Instructions

  1. Sit comfortably and block out 20-30 min of time

  2. Start the recording and follow along

  3. Once the recording has ended sit for as long as you desire to absorb/be in the energy, or continue meditation on your own.
